Studio One Eleven - Owings Mills Maryland Hair Salon

Unfortunattely I cannot give this local hair salon a good review. I've been going to to one of the male hair dressers for the past few yrs there and happy to say he is moving on out of there. The place itself has a very smug, ethnic feel to it...and nice in a way. Its very russian so if you're not in the "in" crowd you are not treated well. The WORST part of the experience sadly is something so trivial...calling to make appts the lady answering the phone is both mean and rude. She has a thick russian accent and just isn't pleasant...you ask yourself why do I have to go thru this just to get my hair cut. My wife told me before I started going here that longitme local residents of Owings Mills, Stevenson, etc avoid this place like the plague....they say the women employees here are like "the russian mafia" and just not pleasant to be around...lots of choices around here - wouldn't recommend this place. Glad my guy is leaving there.
